Seller canceling order after payment for no reason.
I bought an item that had a 25% off code it accepted the code but it did not when my card was charged contacted the seller to inquire about it, she just cancelled the order completely then refused to respond to emails. So my wife who has a separate account bought it paypal took the money then the seller canceled the order again saying I canceled does this sound correct to do
