Seller Canceling order
I canceled an order I sold, contacted the buyer to let them know, but still says "Sorry, your order couldn't be cancelled because there was an issue with the refund." I never had an issue with my payment or payout methods before and it's so frustrating that I can't talk to an agent for help anymore! Where are the customer service agents who always used to help me with a dispute!?! I don't understand why a simple cancelation and instant refund I used to be able to do back then is so complicated now.

What reason were you using?
When did they buyer make the purchase?
What exactly did the message you got say?
I'm not sure why this happened either, but if you could give me this information, I may see something you don't.
