Seller canceling and order
I want to leave negative feedback for a seller that dropped the price of an item then informed me that due to miscounted stock they have to cancel my order as they are sold out, look I'm a small buisness owner, I realize mistakes happen especially during a sale but people need to know that this seller has these types of mishaps. I hold myself to the same standard. How do we leave a review in this situation?

·3 years agoWhen the seller canceled the order for an out of stock item they received a defect on their selling account. Too many of those and eBay will revoke their selling privileges.

OP3 years agoSo are we still relying on them to be honest as to why they canceled the order? Thanks for the info!

·3 years agoIf the seller claims out of stock or damaged and gets a defect, that is almost certainly honest. If the seller claims buyer requested (when they did not) or problem with buyer's address (when it is not), the buyer can and should report the seller to eBay for violating policy.
