seller canceled sale and left me NEGATIVE FEEDBACK EBAY WON'T REMOVE
The seller, allysonkoufax 32, canceled the sale within minutes.
I did not (duh) ship the item.
The seller left me nasty feedback, warning everyone away from me.
I had 100% positive before this happened.
I've called ebay twice, asked and asked, and yes, that's what their records show.
What the hell do I do?
I've been selling for 13 years here.

OP2 years agoAnd if you look at my listings, know that I just removed a $24K David Webb brooch and about $100K worth of Lana Marks purses. BLEEP Ebay!

OP2 years agoI'm sorry; I'm angry. I meant the "BUYER": She was the "buyer"; I'm the "SELLER."
Ebay says that her nasty feedback doesn't "VIOLATE ITS POLICY."
How can that be??? How can someone who cancels a sale leave me with nasty (and it's nasty) feedback when SHE CANCELED THE **bleep** SALE??? And that's bad enough, because now I have to relist, I lose my "watchers," and it looks as though there's something wrong with my lovely belt. **bleep**!!!

·2 years agoI don’t see a recent negative feedback, so I’m assuming it was removed?
Or, is it the older one about canceling the sale for the belt?
eBay isn’t removing feedback as much, usually citing “buyer experience†as the reason (valid, or not).
Feedback removal is also now completely automated by AI, so no humans see the requests.
Best course of action now is to reply calmly and professionally with “your side†of what happened. This gives you the opportunity to look like a rational, attentive adult who made a good effort at resolving the dispute.
Your reply to the belt feedback does not do this, btw, so that was a missed opportunity, I think.
