Seller canceled order reposted item

Question

I went to report an item that hadnâ€™t arrived and received a message to wait a day. The last next day the order was canceled and refunded with a message it was no longer available. But it has been relisted.

What reason did the seller give on the cancellation? Out of stock? Or something else. Did he relist at a higher price?

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBayâ€™s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section explain that the seller did not honor the sale and cancelled your order and relisted it (if he listed at a higher price, mention that). If he misrepresented the reason for the cancellation using "buyer requested or issue with address," mention that too.
