Seller Canceled Order

Question

I won an auction. The seller cancelled my order after I paid immediately, and claims an issue with my address even though I’ve lived here almost 50 years and never had an issue on eBay before this.

how can I contact eBay directly to get help with this. I’d really like to get what I took time out to bid on and buy.

Ebay cannot force the seller to send the item to you.

You can report the seller:

Select "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies"

Then "Seller doesn’t want to complete the sale"
