Seller canceled auctions after winning
1. Seller cancels multiple (est. ten) auctions after buyer wins with no explanation.
2. Seller states the reason as, “Buyer requested auctions to be canceled!â€
3. That’s a false statement! (This alone violates eBay’s selling policy).
4. Buyer only finds out their auctions have been canceled by going to their cart.
5. Buyer then sends Seller a message, through eBay’s message portal.
6. Buter asks the Seller why their multiple wins were cancelled.
7. No reply from Seller who’s currently and actively selling.
8. Seller left three (3) items for Buyer to pay, totaling less than $100
9. Buyer cancellations were over $300+.
10. Buyer doesn’t want to pay Seller due to no explanation for their past behavior and for their blatant violation of eBay’s selling policy and procedures.
QUESTIONS:
A. WHAT DOES BUYER DO IN THIS PAST & CURRENT SITUATIONS?
B. IS THIS AN APPROPRIATE “REPORT THE SELLER†SITUATION?

Mentor2 years ago1. They would be cancelling the purchase. The buyer would receive an email that stated the reason why the seller cancelled the transaction. Whether they selected the correct reason or not, is different.
2. If the buyer did not ask for it, then the buyer should report the seller to Ebay ASAP, that is a policy breach. The seller did it to avoid getting a defect and that they should not do.
4. Their cart would not show them anything. Auctions don't show up in a cart before or after they are won. When an auction is won, it can then be seen in the Purchases.
8 & 9 I'm confused. If they had less than $100 of auctions needing to be paid for, how did they ask to have over $300 in purchases cancelled? Or are you saying the seller cancelled over $300 worth of purchases.
10. Then the buyer should Request a Cancellation from the seller and be SPECIFIC in their email to EXACTLY which purchases they want to cancel. They need to be very specific or the seller could use the email to cover them on the other ones they cancelled. The buyer just needs to Email the seller, however the seller will need to approve the cancellations. If they don't, the buyer should pay for the items.
Oh absolutely Report the seller. I would advise doing it on the site [link below] and then contacting Ebay to make sure it all gets recorded. Make sure item 3 is used in the complaint.
