Seller canceled after I paid and then relisted!
What recourse do I have if a seller cancels after I paid and then immediately relists the same item at a higher price? I used Buy It Now. The seller stated there was something wrong with my address. There's nothing wrong with my address...

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "Seller cancelled order stating that there was a problem with my address in order to avoid a defect and then relists that item at a higher price". Include the new item number.
Too many defects, and sellers can be restricted or suspended.
