·2 years agoThe rules when Best Offer on auction listings rolled out was that once a bid has been made Best Offer is over and nobody can make a bid.
BUT it looks like that has been changed and cancelling all bids (or at least the only bid) will in at least some circumstances bring the Best Offer option back. https://www.ebay.com/bfl/viewbids/375236760247?item=375236760247&rt=nc&_trksid=p4429486.m145235.l2565
