That's a policy violation. You can use the Report option in the Action dropdown in the message to bring it to eBay's attention.
What is the refund for? Item not received? Item not as described? Something else?

OP2 years agoThey told me if if I would give them a positive rating they would send me a full refund. So I did and they did.
