Seller broke their promise
Bought a pair of shoes. Got a request to review them. Seller didn't like my review. Seller contacted me to retract my review. Seller promised to give me a full refund for the shoes and said that I could also keep them. I retracted my review. The seller still has not refunded me. I tried several times to contact the seller and they won't respond. What should I do?

MentorJul 14, 2026 at 5:48 PMI don't see that you left a negative feedback. A review has no bearing on a seller whatsoever, so I'm not sure what the issue is here. Did you open a return?

If you mean a Product Review and not Feedback then there is little that can be done. eBay does not force Sellers to do anything like you described. You can certainly try writing another Product Review.
