Seller broke promise and blocked me after I paid $250 for an item
Good Afternoon,
I asked a seller if he was able to ship an item the same day, he said yes. I only bought it because he is 3hrs from me and any other way was going to take way longer and i really need the item. After I placed the $250 ORDER, the seller never shipped the item and is taking all the time in the world to ship the item and BLOCKED ME. Now i cant reach him. This is a matter of urgency and I cant wait the extra days. Only reason I bought it ( more expensive) was for the promised shipping speed. Ebay wont help me because is still on the Original timeframe. Is there a way around this?
