Seller breaking ebay polocy with fake gemstone selling as authentic
I have received a supposed fire opal and it looked strange right off the bat and the closer I inspected it I noticed that it was glued together with a piece of paper or plastic with glitter in it I have pictures of it and I've been trying to alert eBay of the seller that is doing this and there's more than one I've got to go through all my stuff now and I'm going to be returning a whole lot and it's aggravating how can this how can eBay be alerted of this problem jewelry is a big thing rama gems

Sorry you had a bad seller. Always check the sellers feedback page and not just look at the % of feedback they have. Also when you look at the feedback page you can see the seller has 15 bid retractions. Those were negative or neutrals that the sellers asked the buyer to revise the feedback on. I personally count those against a seller as negatives when shopping.
Also if these were purchased from separate listings you MUST file a return request for each item, even if they were shipped to you together. The seller has to pay for ALL of the return shipping OR refund without a return.
The return for item not as described counts as defect on the sellers account. Not too many not as described returns and they have to pay higher fees and then if they do not improve eBay bans the seller.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Do NOT pay return shipping yourself and expect to be refunded for it. The tracking must be in the case.
2 business days after tracking shows delivery back to the seller the eBay system will automatically refund you if the seller has not already done so.
If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to China or other countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
Returns to India can be shipped using first class international package as long as the total is under $400 and $4lbs.
