Seller Breach of Sale

Question

The seller originally listed the items as a pair. After I completed the purchase, he emailed me asking for additional payment. I responded that the purchase price was for a pair, as clearly stated in his advertisement. He then stopped responding. After several follow-up emails from me, he later claimed that he only had one item and proceeded to send just one. what I need to do

When you receive the single item, you can file a Return Request since it was not as described ("a pair"). Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match descriptionâ€œ. Attach a photo if required. IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
