Seller blocked return.. Nobody at Ebay answering
Buyer is now left holding bag. Seller clearly outsmarted Ebay's call center. What can I do? Live Chat is not working..

What is the reason for the return?
Only certain kinds of returns are required; others are at the discretion of the seller's return policy.

OP1 year agoSent wrong product. Not close and a lot less valuable. Fraud seller clearly but the way they block returns has me in ebay hell.

Mentor1 year agoIf an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
A seller's "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns, not for items that are "not as described".

OP1 year agoUnfortunately the seller is not allowing returns. Ebay call center is trying to figure it out. Seems like a widespread scam from Google. Beware folks. Ebay is a name- but so many sellers are scammers and Ebay name is used to trick folks. Ebay saving money on automated response bots but clueless on how to handle real time issues. Last visit ever for me.

Mentor1 year agoRefunds for items that are not as described are not optional.
The seller can provide for shipping and refund upon return, refund without a return, or wait for the buyer to ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
Read about eBay's money back guarantee and be sure you act before the deadline passes.
