Seller blocked me on eBay messages and can't get refund
Im out of options here, I bought a code a couple of days ago, seller replied within time window, then he asks for my ID as some sort of verification, I didn't understand what he meant by ID so I asked him countless times what he meant by that. In the end he blocked me after I paid him for the code and he didn't and hasn't replied to any of my messages. I can't ask for a refund because the item is not covered by eBay's mbg. I tried contacting an eBay agent but they didn't give me any solutions. Can anyone please help me??

Mentor2 years ago@luvthethrill If they didn't list in the classified section then file a not received refund request a day after the LAST estimated delivery date in your purchase history. The seller will not have tracking to prove delivery so you win the case.
