·2 years agoHi @myhobbyone Submit a request to return the item for a full refund. You have up to 30 days after you received the item:

Sellers can block anyone for any reason from buying from them again, but that won't affect returning the item for a refund under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. During that process you can ask for a partial refund and still keep the item, but the seller is not required to agree. If you're asked to return, eBay will send you a prepaid return label and you'll have to return the item for a refund.

OP2 years agoHello. So far this is not the case. The seller continues to harass me. Asked me to prove that it is theirs and they have no control what happens during the mailing process. The packaging used was paper envelope was not sturdy enough for the product. I have been nothing but transparent during this entire fiasco. This seller is fighting over $25.00 damaged during shipping. ridiculous. Just take responsibility of your items! After all Ebay will just Delete Negative Feedback on the Seller so win for them anyway!!!

·2 years ago@myhobbyone The seller is trying to bully and intimidate you out of submitting a return for refund under eBay's Money Back Guarantee, and delay you until your 30-day deadline has passed.
Stop replying to the seller's messages outside of the refund case, and ignore them. At this point, do not send any more pictures to them through Messages. Upload pictures only to eBay in the return for refund case.
If you haven't already, go to the link I posted and open a return for refund right now. eBay has you covered on this, and you'll receive a full refund.

It's very difficult for sellers to get eBay to remove negative feedback, unless the feedback comment is against eBay's policies.

OP2 years agoThank you! This is so frustrating! It is really not even about the item anymore! This Seller has had all negative feedback removed. I know it was there because I left some and so did others. I just ask for a refund to the Seller which I have or somewhere else? Thank you so much for your response needed a little support here.

OP2 years agoHello. I really don't know the whole thing is bizarre to me. I have reported them. They really shouldn't be allowed to treat people like that along with having clean feedback. It is in Ebay's hands now. Let's see how it goes!
Thank again!

I have no control over the mail. I also have no control over you messaging back. I want to verify if the magazine is even mine. You were untruthful in your comments. You claimed you have pristine magazines then hint at if I discount the item you would be OK. Funny how you did not directly state that in your original message. Please send more pictures.
To reply now, see return details.
