Seller Blocked during sale then changed shipping rate
I have 9 items i want to purchase from a seller. Shipping was to be $9.99, but at check out it was $60! Seller was trying to fix the "glitch" but ended up just blocking me! they had sent me offers on the items, too. I really wanted these items and unsee what to think

A seller cannot change the shipping once there is an offer, and the offer cannot include any adjustments to the shipping.
If the seller decided to block you, there is nothing you can do. You will have to look for the items from another seller.
