Seller Below Standard performance fee?

I have 100% seller feedback and dont understand why I was charged this fee. Can anyone explain this blatant false money grab by Ebay? Thanks in advance.

Your public feedback percentage and your Seller Performance level are actually two different systems on eBay. So it is possible to have 100% positive feedback and still receive a Below Standard performance fee.

Usually this is related to things like:

late shipment rate
cases closed without seller resolution
transaction defects
seller cancellations

Your screenshot specifically shows the 6% "Below Standard performance" surcharge. You can review the exact reason in your Seller Dashboard where eBay breaks down which metric affected the account.
