Seller being difficult
I've recently bought a casino slot machine game and the seller sent me a completely different game missing buttons lights not working on the buttons a missing paper printer the money box broken the whole entire wrong machine even didn't know the password had to figure it out myself after all this I asked for a refund I tried to work with him even for the password but by that time I was done I asked for a refund and he put on the shipping label that the thing weighs 39 pounds when the thing weighs about 400 I don't know what to do because I can't contact eBay about it I contacted him and told him he needs to make a new label with no response

You need to ask customer service for assistance. They may contact the seller to create a new label, or they may just refund your payment.
