Seller backing out of sale
Seller claims to have posted wrong price and now doesn’t want to fulfill . In fact they stated I will never recurve the item. Any ideas as to what I can do ?

Mentor5 months agoThe seller will have to cancel the transaction if they cannot complete the sale.
If they don't cancel the transaction, you can file a Refund Request.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

OP5 months agoIt’s probably going to be a while till I trust EBay. There’s no easy way of communicating with customer service. The Seller disrespect me and didn’t honor the buyers guarantee simple because they posted the wrong price.
As a buyer I wanted to item and they practically told me to either cancel , accept a different price or I would NEVER get the item. I didn’t reply there for they cancelled. They will continue with their over priced items while I don’t trust eBay and their guidelines that are meant to protect the buyers in such circumstances. Very disappointing.
