There is a bug in eBay that I cannot find a way to complain about. I bought and paid for an item, only to find the sale was cancelled. The reason given was "cancelled by buyer". Except I did not cancel, it is probably that the seller never had the item in the first place or sold it to someone else. Because I got a refund, eBay does not allow me to complain or leave a bad review, but after waiting for this item I really needed to arrive for a month and then having it cancelled I want to complain...
