Why does eBay make is so hard for sellers.
ebay policies don’t help. This website is **bleep**. Just spins you around and gets you frustrated until you quit. What a wonderful ass company.
a buyer report a item was stolen on delivery. I mailed it, did everything I was required and eBay allows and approves a return. The time was stolen. How can the buyer return it. **bleep** eBay.

I'd recommend approving the return, you will not be required to issue a refund if the seller doesn't return the item.

OP3 years agoeBay already approved the return. I was in contact with the buyer. It was stolen. The buyer is sending back an empty envelope. Why does eBay have to be so stupid

Mentor3 years ago@catchingcards-collecting Sorry that happened. If you get back an empty envelope be sure to report the buyer for returns abuse and then contact CS. The system is automated so when the buyer filed the return request it's automatically approved.
