Seller asks full postage of 7 pounds for every additional item
Hi, I wanted to buy this item from seller "vengarduk", a toothpaste costing only £3, but with a postage of £7.06: https://www.benl.ebay.be/itm/124733986950
Each additional item he charges an additional £7.06 pounds though.
After contacting the seller, he would check "real" postage cost for 5x the item, then days later comes back with a proposal of £8 postage for the 5 items and asks if I still want to buy the item.
I respond with a resolute YES but ask him 'how' to proceed since the postage keeps reverting to £35 when choosing 5 items, but ever since the seller deliberately doesn't respond anymore and just leaves me out to dry.
I would like to file a complaint against this "seller" who clearly isn't serious at all, but just plays with you for a couple days and then no longer responds without actually doing anything he says he would do. I would like him to either RESPOND or go through with what he initially proposed, there MUST be a decent way to avoid such ridiculous postage costs. I get it, it's a nice way for sellers to add to their profit, but this is just disgraceful, and in fact more like THIEVING rather than selling.
I want the seller to KNOW this, and act like a seller, not a scammer. He supposedly has 100% rating so I do NOT understand his unprofessional attitude and the way he keeps you on the line for days to then drop you like a rock.
