Seller asking me to cancel my order.
I purchased a range bag from a seller. Buy it now for a really good deal. It's been a week and he sent me a message asking me to cancel my order and to select ordered by mistake. He said they would refund my card.
Is this a scam?

It may not be a scam but it is a serious violation of eBay policy. The Seller is asking you to lie so they don't receive a defect on their account and you do.
Let the Seller know you still want the item you paid for.
In your Order Details is the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date and you do not have your item, open a refund request for Item Not Received. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a valid tracking number showing its about to be delivered or a full refund. If they don't respond in time, on the 4th day, go back to the request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
If the Seller does cancel the order and blames you, message eBay on their Facebook page to let them know.
