Seller asking me to cancel
I purchased an item and paid but got a message that my address (Hawaii) is too far and they are asking me to cancel so I can get a refund. Do I need to cancel or should they?

The seller is able to cancel the transaction on their own. They're asking you to do it only so they can avoid getting a 'defect' from eBay.
