Seller asking for my phone number
So a seller I bought from is asking for my phone number as well as an email to verify the order. I bought a game code, and instead of sending said code, they started asking for my phone number and email. My purchase went through already, and it may seem as I might not get my code. What do I do?

·3 years agoOpen an "item not received" request from your Purchase History. Many game codes can not be sold, as they are the property of the game purveyor. If you are engaged in a game, check the terms of service of your game.

OP3 years agoIt was a Nintendo eShop gift card if that helps. I am unable to open an item not received request, as the delivery date for the gift card code is November 2nd (which doesn't make any sense as they could just send it in messages).
