Seller asking for email address?
Hi, I was sent another exact item after I contacted the seller about updates on the whereabouts of my first item. The seller thought it got lost but it turns out it didn't. Then they sent another item just like it. Since they didn't accept returns, they offered me the option to keep it or return it. If I kept it, I would have to pay for it. I want to return it, he said he would give me a return slip but it hasn't come yet. All he did was ask for my email. What does this mean?

Mentor2 years ago@hanhu-8739 the seller probably wants to send u a prepaid shipping label bc opening an ebay case won't work if he doesn't accept returns for the reason u stated

OP2 years agoYou might be right. Thank you. Maybe he hasn't sent it yet due to weather conditions.

Mentor2 years ago@hanhu-8739 well, if the seller doesn't allow u to open a return item case and or doesn't 'somehow' send you a prepaid return shipping label, u should just keep it until and if they make arrangements for the return.
