Seller asking buyer to initiate a return for broken item
I refunded the buyer his money and then found out USPS insurance requires pictures of breakage, and label on outside of box for documentation. Buyer is not responding to me and will not initiate a return request, 2 wont provide photos of breakage and shipping label.
thoughts other than wait to refund next time? 🙂
