Seller asking about policy violation on an ad??

I am trying to sell 2 different PS5 controllers, but I keep getting a message that says that they are in a policy violation. Does anyone know what this is??? I have sold PlayStation stuff on here before but it was used. These two are new.

Are they GENUINE Playstation 5 controllers, or are they copy cats?
