Seller asked to cancel order after I purchased shipping label
Hello,
I just sold an item on ebay and printed the shipping label. The buyer asked to cancel the order before I put the package in the mail. I don't have a problem canceling the order however I want to make sure that my shipping costs are returned. I used funds from the sale to pay for the shipping label but have not mailed the package yet. Thanks!
