an autograph dealer on EBAY had an item I really wanted for $110--a little high-- he --in a message, NOT the standard "offer" system-- and when I hesitated-- but told him O would accept-- he said NO theoffer was withdrawn and it's back to $110. It's his right, I suppose, but the arbitrary nature of his about face as you see below-- should I complain-- gets your hopes up then suddenly NOPE $110 only--I didn't post it here, but he does later say" YES I am withdrawning it.

Mentor2 years agoThe only offer that is binding is one sent through Best Offer (not a difficult-to-follow discussion through messaging). If the Best Offer button is not shown on the listing, you should understand the seller does not want to entertain offers. There is nothing to report.
