Seller approved a return. The original box is not usable. It was damaged in shipment
I received an item that is extremely heavy. The box it was shipped in was damaged in shipment along with the heavy item. The box was not sturdy enough for the item. It's going to require a new sturdy box. Who pays for the packing in the new box?

Another option is to check a local uhaul store, ours has a free box section behind the store.

OP5 months agoThis item weighs 70 pounds. It requires a double wall box. It was shipped in a grocery store box that was too big and not enough packing.

Mentor5 months agoThere isn't a way to enforce the seller pay for a new box or material. You will need to provide that to return it.
