Seller appeal on a suppose defeactive item
Hi
I've been a seller for awhile now. I just sold this item sealed and new. Before sending, the buyer messaged me to cancel the item once paid. Then I asked why and they said no it's fine to send it. After sending the item I get a message from him saying he wanted to cancel again. Now he has received the item and he's now reported to eBay that the item is defective and there is lose joint and not as described. He sent 2 photos that show anything and I can see no defects from the photos. I wouldn't mind to partially refund as I've done this before when I feel buyers are being genuine or the item has gotten damaged in the post. But I know he's not from the beginning and I can't see any issues with the item as it brand new. What can I do from here as I know he trying to get a money off.
