Seller and Item disappeared

Good afternoon, WHAT ACTIONS CAN I TAKE??? I had purchased an Item on ebay, now a few days after purchasing it I checked back and noticed the seller does not exist on ebay anymore, the item shows it is still out for delivery next week Sep. 05 but then if I check on the Item, it also shows that the Item has been removed from ebay, what actions can I take?

Hi @pedy-39

First, wait one day past the original estimated delivery date and file a claim that you did not receive the item ... follow the steps in the claim and it will lead to a refund.

If eBay shut down the Seller's account they may wind up refunding you out of hand without any action on your part ...
