Seller Already Sold Product I Purchased

I had ordered a product on October 17th. By the 23rd it still hadn't shipped, so I contacted the seller. They told me that they had already sold the product awhile ago and didn't know why the product page was still up. I immediately put in an order cancellation request. Now, it says that the cancellation request was denied. They have no product to send to me, so I do not know why the cancellation was denied.

Since the cancellation was denied, you can file a Refund Request when the latest estimated date of delivery has passed by at least 1 day.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
