Seller allegedly cancelled transaction after I paid
I was winning bid for this item. A used Dodge RAM pick up.
We (buyer and seller) processed the signatures, I made the payment of $3099 plus fees and now seller has gone dark and Ebay has no response or refunds for me. I have not taken possession of vehicle.
What are my options here!?
