Seller agreed to refund but says to call EBay how can I contact them for help?
I started a refund request but my granddaughter was helping me and hit the confirm button b accident and it closed my refund request.
The item was listed as a Anuschka wallet with the wallet details. The item when received was an Accordion Business Cards and Credit Card holder. The SKU on the tag is 1110 the number for Card holder. I purchased what was represented as a wallet and it is a Christmas gift. I contacted the seller and they said they will do a refund but I need to contact EBay and have them take care of refund.
How do I get EBay support my refund was closed accidentally and I cannot reopen to request help. How do I contact them?

Mentor2 years agoOnce you close a return, you cannot reopen it. If you paid through PayPal, you can start a return there.
