Seller agreed to cancel then shipped item

4/7/24 made a purchase

on 4/19 had not received tracking information so I reached out to the seller to see if I could cancel, they told me they shipped it out. When they updated tracking info it said a label had been created, which does not mean shipping. Contacted the seller again stating they should just refund my money - seller agreed to refund in full.

Check to see if refund had been made & they shipped item out after they said they would refund in fullâ€¦.

dishonesty & games are not a way to run a business, after dealing with this, I can only imagine the quality and do not want to do business with people like this.

I'm sorry your seller is not so nice.

If the item arrives after the estimated delivery date quoted at the time of your purchase, you can return it at the seller's expense - late arrival makes the item not as described.

I know this is not what you wanted, but it might help the seller learn better customer service.
