seller advertised specific parts and sold me the wrong parts and will not exchange or refund
I am at a roadblock and am very frustrated. MOPAR-DIRECT advertised brake pads to specifically fit my 1957 desoto. So i bought two pairs totaling approximately 200 dollars. It took me 3 months to get a mechanic to start working on the car so the expiration date for refund expired. The mechanic took photos of the pads that MOPAR-DIRECT sold me next to the correct pads on my car and they are very different. So I had to pay the mechanic a labor fee to diagnose and now have these incorrect brake pads. I reached out to MOPAR-DIRECT twice and sent the photos, asking nicely to exchange for the correct pads or refund. And no reply. It has been 3 days and they are just ignoring me. This is awful business and I have tried to contact EBAY to step in but I cannot seem to get a live person on the phone. In this situation where a business is advertising incorrect parts or shipping incorrect parts should be reviewed and I should have some recourse. This isnt fair and now I am out of 200 dollars plus another 75 for the diagnose of my car. Can anyone offer some advice?
