Seller advertised Free Shipping Added $19.99 to invoice
I won several auctions from a seller who advertised free shipping. They added $19.99 shipping to the invoice. I can't remove the shipping charge. I contacted the seller and they have not contacted me or cancelled the sale. Is there anyway to report this? It looks like this seller does this all the time. What can I do?
