Seller added shipping cost despite the listing having free shipping!
The ring was supposed to have free shipping & ebay customer service told me not to pay or to do nothing!!! I knew that was a mistake! The transaction went through including the additional $14.99 shipping; big surprise. I've had an impossible time trying to speak with a human being to get help not covered online! I HATE EBAY & ALL AI! Then the seller refunded $9.14 back but I want the additional $5.85 owed me because the seller has been such a jerk already! How can I get the remaining shipping refunded or a phone number for ebay to actually talk with a human being! Thank for any help!
