Seller activated vacation mode after my purchase
The seller i bought from, put vacation mode on after I purchased my item.
They went back into selling mode after about a month and a half (from what i could tell). I checked their account and they did send out items before they went on vacation, I know this because I read the feedback they received from other buyers. The buyers statements varied by stating that shipping took long, after constant messaged the seller shipped the item, the seller kept going in and out of vacation mode, ect. Since it has been over 30 days, I am unable to get any help from ebay. Everytime I tried to get help, the ebay AI just kept telling me I was over my 30-day time frame. How do I go about getting help? I've messaged the seller numerous times already about my item.
