Seller account restricted for indefinite period?
Exactly 4 years ago today, my seller account has been suspended and restricted due to many unresolved cases. I had gotten severely ill for almost a year and unfortunately, I didn't respond to most messages and cases during that time. I am deeply sorry and take full responsibility for my unethical behavior as a seller during that year.
However, it has been 4 years now (I am doing much better :)) and I would like to sell a few items again on Ebay. Is there any way my restrictions can be lifted or resolved?
