Seller Account

Question

Since there's no way to contact Ebay with this question (nice customer service!) I figure I'll post it here and hope for the best.

I'm trying to sell something. I'm getting an error message that I need to set up a seller's account, but I already have a seller's account. What am I doing wrong?

You have no back up method. You need to attach a payment method for seller fees that aren't taken from your payout. An example would be the .30 cancellation fee eBay charges when a cancellation is made.

Make sure the name you registered with on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. If you need to add a middle name or initial, do it in the first name space. My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information

Make sure you use a physical street address and not a P.O. Box. You can use a P.O. Box as your SHIP FROM address.

Have you added your bank account and have Managed Payments set up?
