Seller account
Ebay has different standards for seller accounts. Those that don't perform well get extra fees. What if I want to set up a temporary account? Will I be charged when I have nothing left to post and sell? Or can I cancel the account without penalty?

Mentor2 years ago@lese_9835 If you have an account that is below standard or restricted you can't open a new account to get around the restrictions. eBay WILL catch you and the new account is closed too.
If that's not what you're asking please let me know.
You can close eBay accounts as LONG as they do not have a balance AND they are not restricted. There is also a 90 days waiting period from the last sale or purchase before an account can be closed.
