Seller accepted my offer, refunds me and repost a day later
As the title states, I sent a seller an offer, he accepted, and I paid(1st pic). Few days later he cancels and refunds. Said he was out of stock. Then he reposts the same card a day later at a higher. Anything I can do about it? I wasn’t able to leave him negative feedback.

For that reason, a defect was recorded on the seller's account. Too many defects and the seller can be restricted or suspended. You should be able to leave a neutral or negative feedback after 7 days.
