seller abusive
Hi, I bought dress and just describes it was some mark, to make sure how bad it was then I ask the seller to describe it and she said just little bit close to the pocket maybe just like coffee spill , and she show me a picture, so in my mind just little bit I can take care of it, but when I purchased I found stains all over front dress, the big one on the very bottom, here and there, armpit and on collar, some mark doesn't count because she hide the front dress by folding it on pic and take pic to hide the stain on it, and you can check it doesn't have pic front all over like the back dress part. and I show you a lot of pic, but just only 10 you ask for, so please check the item before you warning me, I try to be a nice and honest person, I like that dress but just can't take it was to much stains, that the seller not describe where the stains area because is just to much lol. so Please take the warning message I'm not that kind of person, that's slender. thank you so much

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

OP2 years agohi, thank you so much, yes the seller accepted return, but seller tell ebay I'm abusive buyer, is not acceptable, the seller wrong, I did show to ebay the pic, ebay supposed to not to warning me about buying , thank you anyway, have a nice day
