seller abuse
qiedng and Vanbro-Manufacturing-Top-Factory won't stop messaging me. How do I get eBay involved? I keep going around and around on the website, begging for a person to speak with. This seller won't stop harassing me.

You should be able to report the user/seller that's messaging you.
Go to messages
Find the most recent message from them and open it.
On the right hand side (from a browser not mobile) next to their ID, there are the 3 ...
Click those and there is a report option.

Hi - have tried but the page won't submit my complaint. I've emailed, messaged and begged for an agent to call me to no avail. -Ugh.

Mentor1 year agoWell, they recently overhauled the entire messaging system, much to many user's annoyance.
So its bound to be bugged at the moment. You can try reaching out to them at these options:

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

OP1 year agoYou truly are a rockstar and I appreciate the time spent, but I have tried the chat feature and have typed in agent plenty of times, but they are limiting me to a few subjects, and then I get booted to Ast eBay to step in, which I do, and then it gets stuck when
I hit submit. again. I wish I could show the screenshot.
