Seller Abandon Items now I iwn
Hello. So I purchased a large lot of items at auction. The seller I believe has passed away. He still has all the items listed on EBay. What should I do as I also want to sell there but don’t want to be accused of fraud. Some items are very unique and easily identified so the pictures will match?

Take your own photos so the pictures will not match. There’s very few one of a kind items, so as long as it is clear that the item is in your possession, there should be no confusion.
You might message the seller from one of the items and ask if the item is still available. If a family member is dealing with the account and responds and says no, gently suggest that they end the listings so they don’t sell something they no longer have.
